Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Hanna Data Studio.

Because our products are digital assets delivered via internet download and live online services, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations. By purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms.

1. Digital Templates (Looker Studio, Excel, Google Sheets)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of Looker Studio templates, Excel templates, and Google Sheets templates are final.

  • No Refunds: Once a digital file has been purchased and the download link has been sent or accessed, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or credit.

  • Why? Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned" to us once they are in your possession.

  • Support: If you experience any technical issues with your file or have trouble accessing the link, please contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring your template works as described.

2. Online Classes & Consultations

We value your time and ours. To maintain a fair schedule for all students, the following rules apply to all live online sessions:

  • Rescheduling: If you cannot attend your scheduled class, you may reschedule at no extra cost, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice before the start time.

  • Cancellations: We do not offer refunds for cancelled classes. You will receive a credit to reschedule for a future date.

  • Late Arrival & No-Shows: * The instructor will wait in the digital meeting room for 15 minutes.

    • If the user does not show up within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered a "No-Show."

    • No refunds or free rescheduling will be provided for No-Shows.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are only considered in the following rare cases:

  • You purchased the same digital product twice by mistake (duplicate order).

  • There is a proven technical defect in the file that we are unable to fix after being notified.
