Welcome to Hanna Data Studio. By accessing our website and purchasing our digital products or online classes, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Digital Product License

When you purchase a Looker Studio, Excel, or Google Sheets template, Hanna Data Studio grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

Permitted Use: You may use the templates for your personal projects or your own business reporting.
Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the original files (or modified versions of them) with third parties. You may not claim these designs as your own.
Unauthorized Distribution: Sharing download links or files on public forums, social media, or shared drives is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, layouts, formulas, and educational content (including online class materials and ebooks) are the sole intellectual property of Hanna Data Studio. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying code, structure, or design to you.

3. Accuracy and Data Disclaimer

Our templates are tools designed to help you visualize and manage data.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input into the templates.
No Guarantee: While we strive for technical perfection, Hanna Data Studio is not liable for any business decisions, financial losses, or data errors resulting from the use of our templates.

4. Online Classes and Professional Conduct

Attendance: As per our Refund Policy, classes must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Recordings: You may not record live classes or distribute class materials without explicit written consent from Hanna Data Studio.
Technology Requirements: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and the necessary software (e.g., a Google account for Looker Studio) to attend the class.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hanna Data Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the products or services purchased. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

6. Modifications to Prices and Services

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a template or service without notice at any time.
